1. Customised Products
All customised, personalised, or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Customisation includes (but is not limited to):

Initials

Logos
-
Colours
-
Designs
-
Sizes specified by the customer
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

Clear photos of the damage or defect
Once verified, we will:

Offer a replacement of the same item, or

Issue a full refund if a replacement is not possible
3. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that does not match your order specifications (e.g., wrong size, colour, or customisation), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will:

Correct the error at no additional cost, provided the mistake was on our part
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are only applicable for items that are:

Damaged

Defective

Incorrectly customised

Must be requested within 7 days of delivery

Shipping fees for exchanges due to customer errors (e.g., selecting the wrong size) will be the customer’s responsibility.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and personalization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom-designed clothing with personal names, logos, or graphics

Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)
6. Refunds
If applicable, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days after:
