Refund policy

 

At Custom Press, we take pride in creating high-quality, customised clothing tailored to your specifications. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we kindly ask you to review our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Customised Products

All customised, personalised, or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Customisation includes (but is not limited to):

  • Names

  • Initials

  • Logos

  • Colours

  • Designs

  • Sizes specified by the customer


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

Once verified, we will:

  • Offer a replacement of the same item, or

  • Issue a full refund if a replacement is not possible


3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that does not match your order specifications (e.g., wrong size, colour, or customisation), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will:

  • Correct the error at no additional cost, provided the mistake was on our part


4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only applicable for items that are:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly customised

Conditions:

  • Must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Subject to product availability

Note:
Shipping fees for exchanges due to customer errors (e.g., selecting the wrong size) will be the customer’s responsibility.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and personalization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-designed clothing with personal names, logos, or graphics

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)


6. Refunds

If applicable, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days after:

  • The returned item is received, or

  • The issue is verified

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.


7. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a request, please email us at:

Include the following details:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)


8. Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly customised due to our error
